I am lucky to have met and become close with some poets and also feel part of a community now. It's a very good feeling and though I will never feel the same, I am adjusting and getting more involved with writers.Barbara Ehrentreuhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06317588534441254146noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6043670783458458620.post-35780361482560429152016-03-22T23:59:27.578+11:002016-03-22T23:59:27.578+11:00No-one could doubt that you live a full life!No-one could doubt that you live a full life!Rosemary Nissen-Wadehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05913841031559499568noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6043670783458458620.post-47253542986381380582016-03-22T23:58:50.453+11:002016-03-22T23:58:50.453+11:00We find what we need, I think. We find what we need, I think.Rosemary Nissen-Wadehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05913841031559499568noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6043670783458458620.post-56478944026635167492016-03-22T23:49:34.743+11:002016-03-22T23:49:34.743+11:00Dear Barbara, can it be two years already for you?...Dear Barbara, can it be two years already for you?! I have been wondering how you were getting on, on your own journey; now I know and am glad you are coping well.Rosemary Nissen-Wadehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05913841031559499568noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6043670783458458620.post-86117951600025687252016-03-22T19:35:12.871+11:002016-03-22T19:35:12.871+11:00Rosemary, my friend, my husband passed away almost...Rosemary, my friend, my husband passed away almost two years ago and many things you said here resonate with me. I don't have any pets, but I do live with my daughters. My husband and I were married since I was 21 and really I was devastated for an entire year. However, I have actually become used to the hole that will always be where he was. I understand how you feel about men. All I really want is some fun and don't really need another great love. I had mine and it lasted 50 years. Now I just enjoy speaking with men every now and then. It is an odd thing to be single at my age and I am glad that you have come to the end of your journey with this blog. Now you can begin another one as you explore your future. Keep writing my poetic friend.Barbara Ehrentreuhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06317588534441254146noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6043670783458458620.post-50141187656523096172016-03-22T10:40:25.075+11:002016-03-22T10:40:25.075+11:00Very much enjoyed your thoughts on life as you are...Very much enjoyed your thoughts on life as you are living it now. Different, yet right for you with old memories still cherished, yet moving forward. I hope when there comes a time when I too will have to tread a solitary path, I will find the courage as well. But by a different path I arrived where you are some years ago. This lifetime the challenge was to be happy alone and I have done that. I loved this piece and must go back and read your chronicles as somehow I have missed them......this IS indeed a good stopping place.
